The VELEC curved sausage loader is located right after your products cooking stage, between the peeling and cutting unit, and the main packaging system. It is therefore vital that this area is as hygienic as possible, to prevent the growth of bacteria before the packaging of your sausages.

To avoid this loss of value, we have optimized our lines to ensure your products remain identical to their initial state.
First, sausages are handled on a smooth hygienic belt. The sausages are then transferred to the centrifugal machine plate, where the centrifugal force causes the sausages to gravitate to the periphery of the plate and to the edge of the drum one by one. They are then led one after the other onto the exit conveyor and then onto the piano belts. Finally, the hygienically designed pick-and-place robot gently selects.
